The old school house at Brookfields was originally moved on site from Martinborough and  has recently been upgraded to provide stylish self catering accommodation for up to six people. The work carried out has modernised the facilities whilst retaining the original feel of the building. There are two bedrooms,one with a queen size bed and the second with bunk beds. In the large lounge diner there is a double settee bed. The open plan lounge and kitchenette has a table with ample seating and views up the valley toward the North Tararua Ranges,The basic but functional kitchen includes a microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. The log burning fire is pleasant to sit around in the evening and the wrap around decking outside provides seating in warmer weather. Guests are welcome to cater for themselves, take advantage of the on site restaurant in the main building or use our take away menu. Children are always welcome and the garden is completely enclosed for their safety.
